By accessing or using AI SEO Agent ("the Service"), operated at aiseoagent.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI SEO Agent is an AI-powered SEO platform that provides keyword research, backlink analysis, site audits, content brief generation, article writing, and outreach tools through an interactive chat interface. The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with search engine optimization tasks.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payment

4.1 Free Tier

Free plan accounts receive a monthly credit allocation. Unused monthly credits do not roll over and allocations may be subject to change.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Credits included with your plan refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over.

4.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change our pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Generate, distribute, or promote spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use the Service to scrape, crawl, or harvest data in violation of third-party terms
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API and interface
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Ownership

Content generated by AI through our Service belongs to you. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of AI-generated content before publishing or using it.

6.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated content, SEO recommendations, and analysis results are provided as suggestions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any AI-generated output. SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control.

6.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. This includes ensuring content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights and complies with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by AI SEO Agent and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google Search Console, search APIs). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI SEO Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that SEO recommendations will achieve specific results.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with reasonable notice when possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law
